 Ashley Hayes is the CEO and founder of Elite Disability Services, a devoted advocate for people with IDD, philanthropist, and native of Omaha, Nebraska. With 20+ years in the field, Ashley has built a culture of connection, collaboration, and advocacy that ensures exceptional, person-centered care.

She champions inclusion through programs like the annual Summer Inclusion event, mentors new HCBS providers, and creates innovative opportunities for people with IDD to live, work, and thrive in their communities. Under her leadership, Elite Disability Services was recognized as a 2025 and 2026 Best of Omaha winner for adult daycare services, reflecting her tireless commitment to uplifting underserved populations.
